- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup granulated erythritol
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon orange extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch round cake pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking powder, and salt. Whisk to combine.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add melted butter and orange extract. Mix well until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until a smooth batter forms.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
