- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup spinach, fresh
- 1 cup heavy cream

- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and add them to the skillet, cooking for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

- Return the salmon to the skillet, spooning the creamy sauce over the top.
- Let it cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
