- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups beef broth
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, approximately 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
- Add the orzo pasta to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Cover the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until orzo is tender and has absorbed most of the broth.
- Remove from heat and stir in your favorite cheese and seasonings to taste.
- Let sit for a couple of minutes before serving to thicken the sauce slightly.
