Instructions

- Place the flour tortilla on a clean surface or plate.
- Spread the blueberry and cream cheese mixture evenly over half of the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla in half, covering the mixture.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Place the folded quesadilla in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
- Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until both sides are golden brown and the filling is warmed through.
