- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch round cake pan with cooking spray or butter.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and eggs. Mix until well blended and smooth.
- Add the baking powder to the mixture and stir until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cake is set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
