Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella cheese and almond flour. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and repeat heating in 15-second intervals until the mixture is fully melted and combined.
- Once melted, add the egg, baking powder, salt, and Italian seasoning to the cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet and use your hands to shape it into a thin, round pizza crust.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and add your favorite low-carb pizza toppings.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
